  Well our original furnance had completely died. So we called up berwyn western since they helped us with the water heater. Well the guy they sent out made the claim that the furnace he was installing was the right one for the house. Next year we had them come out to fix the new furnace they installed. Same guy and he now tells us he under estimated the size of furnace we needed. So we asked what he could do. And he and the company said there was nothing they can do. Now we can't afford to replace the damn furnance were stuck with and our house is constantly in the cooler temps because of this company m do not trust them they won't help you and leave you stuck with a furnace that isn't proper for your house. We just had our new furnace guy come and he even said we got screwed over by who ever installed it. And this is about 8 years later after the furnace. Or house never had the same quality of heart that we were used to. And since my room is in the basement this year even with the addition of a space heater(which we bought the next year after the new furnace was installed) i couldn't get the temperature above 40. So think before you use berwyn western.
